Shrimp and Crab Dip

  • 250 mL (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel Sour Cream
  • 250 g (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel Cream Cheese
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) garlic powder
  • 375 mL (1 1/2 cups) of seafood cocktail sauce
  • 1 small tin small shrimp, chopped
  • 1 small tin crab meat, chopped


  • Cream together sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder.
  • Combine seafood sauce and chopped shrimp crab meat.
  • Fold the seafood mixture into the creamed mixture.
  • Serve with crackers. Quick and easy!
Variations: For a lighter option use Island Farms by Natrel Light sour cream and Light cream cheese.
