Ingredients
- 85 g (3 oz.) Island Farms by Natrel cream cheese, softened
- 125 mL (½ cup) Natrel unsalted butter, softened
- 750 mL (3 cups) confectioners’ sugar
- 45 mL (3 tbsp) Island Farms eggnog
- 2.5 mL (½ tsp) cinnamon
- O.62 mL (⅛ tsp) nutmeg
- 5 mL (1 tsp) vanilla extract
Preparation
- Place the cream cheese and butter in the bowl of an electric mixer.
- Mix until smooth.
- With the mixer on low, gradually add in the remaining ingredients until incorporated.
- Turn up the mixer to medium-high and mix until light and fluffy.
